Founder of Aviliz, Mr. Joaquim Duarte

Founded in 1974, in Casalito, Leiria, Aviliz began with the exploration of day-old chicks, from rearing to incubation, after 47 years it has been dedicated to other business sectors.

Today, the Aviliz Group is made up of several companies operating in different areas, ranging from agro-industrial exploration and livestock to the manufacture of animal nutrition through the production of animal feed, including simple, compound, medicated, floured and granulated foods.

Aviliz's growth and expansion into other markets originated Aviliz Internacional, which provides exclusive support to the foreign market.

A large part of Aviliz's success is due to the fact that it is a family business, which have learned a lot from its founder, and because of its commitment to human capital and the training of all staff, thus managing to provide a quality response to its customers.
